Dynamic Works is excited to announce the launch of our new program designed specifically for middle and high school teens currently placed in the foster care system. Our goal is to provide these young individuals with the tools, support, and opportunities they need to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.
Our comprehensive program focuses on empowering teens by:
- Academic Support: Personalized tutoring and academic resources to help students excel in their studies.
- Life Skills Training: Workshops on essential life skills, including financial literacy, time management, independent living and career planning.
- Emotional Support: Access to mentoring and guidance to address the unique emotional challenges faced by foster care teens and teens with specialized support needs.
Social Engagement: Opportunities to participate in group activities and community service projects to build social connections and self-confidence.
About the Program
Program Highlights
- Who: Teens in middle and high school currently in the foster care system or with specialized support needs
- When: Beginning in September and continuing through the entire school year
- Program Times: Monday – Friday – 2:30 pm- 6:30 pm
- One time application fee $50.00 (one time, non refundable)
- Cost for the Program- $285.00 per week
- Cost of program + home transportation – $325/week
Referrals: Now accepting referrals from local Department of Social Services (DSS), Children’s Services Act (CSA) and Family Assistance Planning Team (FAPT)
